1. Non-Returnable Items.

All our products (matrimony profile data) and services are non refundable. Because users (buyers) are not charged with any fee to access our products (matrimony profile) initially. And for registering their matrimony profile too we charge zero fee. Once users (buyers), buy packages after experiencing our products (partly or fully) (matrimony profiles - free 10 profiles initially) only.
